The incumbent operates and maintains heavy vehicles and equipment for tree transplanting and cargo transport, ensures roadworthiness and proper documentation, and completes daily logs and reports on vehicle operations.

The incumbent develops strategies and plans for the fleet, oversees daily operations and maintenance, ensures compliance with policies, manages the vehicle inventory, and analyzes performance data for efficiency improvements.

Under the general direction and supervision of the Senior Accountant the incumbent is responsible for the payment of public funds and recording financial transactions in accordance with the FAA Act and GOJ Policies and Guidelines.

The incumbent is primarily responsible for the acquisition, receival and maintenance of the fixed asset inventory and all materials and goods within the Agency and ensures that these items are recorded, stored, and distributed.

Under the general supervision of the Forester (Client Services), the incumbent is responsible for the implementation of a variety of programs and projects in the management and development of the forest within the forest region.
