This position is responsible for designing and coordinating risk identification, scoring, risk appetite, and reporting processes across the relevant programmes within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

The position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for providing HR Generalist support to the full HR function.

Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

The incumbent conducts table games in compliance with all rules and regulations, manages betting, maintains game pace and cleanliness, and upholds safety and guest service standards.

The Banquet Manager oversees all operational aspects including inventory, staffing, and compliance to maximize customer satisfaction, leads service teams, ensures exceptional guest service, and conducts staff training and development.

The incumbent oversees all gaming activities to ensure compliance and procedure adherence, manages financial transactions and player accounts, and upholds safety and customer service standards.

The incumbent administers employee benefits (including unemployment claims), facilitates training and orientation programs, and maintains employee relations through open communication, progressive discipline support, and issue resolution.
