Administering the processing and payment of supplier invoices and overseeing the other accounting functions usually associated with Accounts Payables, to ensure proper checks and balances and the efficiency of day to day operations of the department.

 

Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a recognized university or have completed ACCA Level II.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in a related field at a supervisory level preferably in the payables department of an organization with multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of computer applications – Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Sound knowledge of general accounting practices as well as UDC/SADCo’ s financial system
