The incumbent has the responsibility to undertake driving activities to provide transportation, make deliveries and collections as directed; in addition to ensuring proper care of assigned vehicle.

 

Specific Knowledge, Qualification and Experience

  • Secondary level education
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ general driving
  • Holder of a valid general driver’s license
  • Knowledge of the operation of various types of motor vehicles
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of the road code and safety driving practices

 

Required Skills and Specialized Techniques

  • Ability to operate varied forms of vehicles
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in oral format
  • Ability to exercise initiative in expediting duties
  • Good interpersonal skills
